The process is straightforward:
  1. Travelers list their available baggage space.
  2. Senders request to use that space for their items.
  3. Upon successful delivery, travelers receive payment for the space utilized from the sender.

Yes. Travelers have full discretion to accept or decline parcels. To ensure safety, only items that comply with airline regulations, customs laws, and platform policies are permitted. Prohibited or suspicious items must be rejected.

Travelers remain solely responsible for the contents of their luggage. PoroSpace does not assume liability for customs clearances, immigration issues, or damages arising during transit.

The following are strictly prohibited: illegal goods, hazardous materials, sealed food products, drugs, sharp objects, and any item restricted by airline or government authorities. A detailed list is provided in our Terms & Conditions.

Travelers and senders agree on an amount directly through their conversations . PoroSpace does not set or control any rates — the terms are mutually decided between the two parties.

Yes. Travelers are encouraged to refuse parcels if they feel uncertain or unsafe about the items.
